Located in Jacksonville, North Carolina, Grooming Tails is proud to be home to the only certified feline master groomer and the only certified pet aesthetician in the area. That means whether your best friend is a playful pup or a pampered cat, they’re in the hands of trained professionals who specialize in both beauty and care. Our team is committed to providing expert grooming services with a gentle touch and a whole lot of heart.
We offer a range of packages tailored to meet your pet’s specific needs. Choose from our Bath and Brush Package for a quick freshen-up, the Bath and Basics Package for that all-around clean and polished look, or go all out with our Full Groom Package, which includes everything from a soothing bath to a breed-specific haircut. For our feline friends, we also provide a Cat Bath and Basics and a Full Groom Package, all done with patience, safety, and love.

At Grooming Tails, we offer a wide range of professional pet grooming services to pamper both dogs and cats. Our Bath and Brush Package is perfect for short-coated pets and includes a refreshing bath, blow dry, and brushing. The Bath and Basics Package adds nail trimming, ear cleaning, and light trimming on the face, feet, and fanny for a more polished look. Our Full Groom Package includes everything from bath and blow dry to brushing, ear cleaning, nail trim, and a stylish haircut tailored to your pet’s breed and needs. For feline clients, we offer a Cat Bath and Basics service with a gentle bath, drying, nail trim, and ear cleaning, and a Cat Full Groom Package that includes all of that plus brushing and a beautiful haircut for your purring companion.
Grooming Tails uses only high-quality, pet-safe products including gentle shampoos, coat conditioners, de-shedding treatments, and specialty products for sensitive skin. Our certified pet aesthetician also offers premium skin and coat care options designed to treat dryness, irritation, or other pet dermatology concerns, ensuring a luxurious and health-conscious grooming experience.
