In today’s job market, where businesses and employees are asked to do more with less, teams and organizations cannot afford to settle for low performing candidates with the hope that they will work out.  In this presentation, let an “Ex-Disney Guy and America ’s Best and Favorite Customer Experience Coach” show you how to find the best-suited candidates for the job but more importantly, how to eliminate the candidates you don’t want!  Attendees will learn:  creative ways to find good candidates; tips and secrets behind assessing applications and resumes; how to define what you are looking for in a candidate; how to hire people to fit roles not just positions; tough questions to ask during an interview that will eliminate the non performers; learn creative ways to check references.
