Different age groups and generations have different characteristics. Knowing what they are can help you better understand your funeral service clients, boost employee productivity and develop stronger networking relationships within your community. We’ll listen to the
music of each generation as we discuss the unique talents, struggles, motivators and defining events of each – Millennials, 30 and under; GenXers, 30-50; Baby boomers, 50-67; and Traditionalists, 67-88.
