The first class in our series “Creating Above and Beyond Customer Service” will be held on December 17th at the

Center
from 2pm until 3pm.
This part of the series is titled, “Professional Appearance and Telephone Etiquette.” As the name implies, we will be focusing on professional appearance in the workplace as well as proper phone etiquette.
This time of year is a great time to have your employees learn new skills in order to handle the Christmas customers. Or, if you already have stellar employees, it never hurts to brush up on the skills. We will have guest presenters for both topics and they are looking forward to teaching!
