The funeral profession is experiencing major changes as the world evolves.  Find out what you need to do to be ready for them.  We’ll discuss trends and changes related to the environment, the economy, faith communities, the Internet, etc., that affect the funeral industry as well as the attitudes, customs, and decisions of your clients.  Learn how to plan for the future, connect with the members of your community, and work more effectively with your staff to meet the changing needs of your clients.  This seminar is approved by the NC Board of Funeral Service.
