Luck By Design is a veteran-owned leadership training and coaching practice. We partner with organizations and individuals to build stronger leaders, resulting in a more engaged workforce, reduced team turnover, and improved productivity, all at a practical cost.

We provide comprehensive leadership development for new leaders with our training/coaching hybrid program called Leadership Launchpad. We teach universal leadership soft skills accompanied by one-on-one coaching overa period of three months.

In addtion, we offer traditional individual and group leadership coaching, as well as team alignment experiences. We also offer talent management services, helping organizations promote, and even hire, the right people using the highly validated Hogan Assessment tool.
