Luck By Design is a veteran-owned leadership coaching practice. We partner with organizations and individuals to build stronger leaders, resulting in a more engaged workforce, reduced team turnover, and improved productivity, all at a practical cost. We offer individual and group coaching, as well as team slignment experiences. We also offer talent management services, helping organizations promote, and even hire, the right people using the highly validated Hogan Assessment tool. We are soon introducing a leadership training program for brand new leaders which will be followed by three months of coaching to ensure long-term leadership success.
