| Each of the seven Commissioners is elected at-large meaning that they represent the entire county population. Each member serves a two or four year staggered term.
During their first meeting in December of each year, the Board elects one of its members to serve as their Chairman and one to serve as Vice Chairman.
Commissioner Scott is serving his first term as an Onslow County Commissioner. He has an open-door policy and a proven track record for listening to citizen issues and concerns. He is committed to making himself available to the residents of Onslow County. |

Vocational Rehabilitation provides counseling, training, education, transportation job placement, assistive technology, and other support services. These services are provided to people with physical, psychiatric or intellectual disabilities to assist them with living independently, finding a job and staying on the job. We also serve businesses and other organizations by referring to them individuals we have helped prepare for employment and who are well-matched for jobs with these organizations.
