Cracked It Escape Games

Overall it was a good experience.

Start times are staggered for different rooms so you don't have to interact with other groups.

There's a large waiting area with a bathroom and a puzzle for while you wait.

The staff was very friendly and explained the rules well.

One of the locks in our room didn't open so they paused our game time while they came and opened it, so it didn't affect our time.

I was not at all a fan of the "group" clue we had in our "New Blood, New World" room, hopefully they don't have something like that in every game cause it totally killed the experience!!! (That's the only reason they didn't get five stars)

We escaped the room with time to spare and got a button with our picture taken at the end.

If we're back in the area again we will definitely have to try a different room.

Absolutely love this place! The service here has always been great! We have tried a variety of escape rooms and have always had a great time!

They now added a selfie station which seems like a good idea for the younger crowd.

Would love to continue to visit here as long as they keep changing the rooms.

Had so much fun trying to escape Maude's madness room!! Although we didn't make it in time it was so fun and would def come back! Mikaela was so sweet and helped us out with some clues!

This was the first escape room I have done and the staff was truly great and courteous. The room we chose was really cool that made it seem like a nuclear bunker. The staff let us know about 4 other rooms and we will definitely come back to try them.

Very fun game to do with a group of people. We were able to get out in about 50 minutes.

I would definitely recommend for a more older crowd cause you have some complex things to figure out

Awesome fun. Hard to believe something this intricate and professional is in Jacksonville. Creative and challenging. Been there a couple of times. Giving it 5 stars. I would note it is not cheap so be prepared. Also, it would be nice (if they had the room) to have another more family friendly room.

I've done 10+ escape rooms and this was the most horrible experience I've had at any of them. One of the locks on one of the puzzles messed up and they had to come in with a saw and cut it off, they also didn't stop the time while we were struggling to get the lock off, so we didn't escape the room because of something we couldn't control. I've never had an experience like this in any room, it completely defeated the purpose of even going here. You would think they would at least offer a refund, but the owner didn't think anything of it. I will never go back to Cracked It Escape Games.

This is our second time at Cracked It and we LOVE it!! We did Season's Thievings first and had so much fun that we did Defcon1 too. Shawn was a wonderful game master and humoured our shenanigans. (I believe our game master for Defcon1 was a woman who's name I didn't catch, but she was awesome too!!) The owner was super friendly as well, and we would 1000% recommend Cracked It to anyone in the area!!

I have been to Cracked it! four times, with a variety of groups (ages 13-65). The first room we completed there was Queen Anne's revenge. I went with my 14 year old daughter, my sister and my mom. It was the first escape room for any of us, and we had a blast and escaped with just a few minutes to spare. (We did use several hints).
I just went back for my 4th time this weekend. I went with my daughter, two friends and my son. We did Maude's Madness. We really enjoyed this room. There is an element of creepy, and I didn't warn the kids because I thought that would make it more fun. (We escaped in 40ish minutes with no hints).
The rooms are big enough you don't feel cramped. The clues are clear enough you don't get completely stumped. The details in the rooms really add to the atmosphere and put you on the scene.
The moderators are great at offering a clue when needed, helping you work out if something hasn't happened as it should, and explaining the game before and after. Thanks Raquel for getting us through Maude's Madness!
I can't wait for the next room!

10/10 would recommend! My family and I had so much fun and Raquel, our game master, was so nice and helpful! We can't wait to escape another room!
