Williams Outreach and Consulting (WOC), is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization that assists individuals in a housing crisis obtain and/or remain in housing by providing stabilization education. We believe in assisting clients with their monthly utility bills or rent every month that is contingent upon available funds and circumstances in Onslow County. Assistance is determined by meeting the prerequisites of Williams Outreach Inc. and the availability of funds. Our goal is to prevent affection or termination of services within the area.
